In light of these constantly changing times, we are implementing some new strategies for visits to our hospital.
Whilst we are currently operating as normal, we ask that you help us in keeping our doors open, by carefully considering & adhering to the below information.
Before you enter our hospital:
🔴 Do you have flu like symptoms ➡️ a fever, coughing, sore throat, runny nose?
🔴 Have you returned from overseas in the last 14 days?
🔴 Have you been advised to self-isolate?
🔴 Have you been in contact with sick people in the past 14 days?
If you have answered “YES” to any of the above, please do not enter our hospital. Please call our customer care team on ☎️ 9999 2269 or email us 📧 firstname.lastname@example.org
✅ To streamline & limit the time in clinic we ask for you to call ahead so we can arrange your pets medication & food – ideally payment taken over the phone too.
Visiting us for your appointment or collecting items:
🏥 Please only have ONE person enter the hospital if possible.
🏥 use our hand sanitizer on arrival
🏥 Keep in mind social distancing & stay 1.5 metres away from other people & staff.
🏥 Please leave your pet in the car & alert the reception team to your arrival. We will ask for you to wait in the car or on the bench in our car park.
If you cannot attend or have concerns about visiting our hospital, a tele-medicine consultation can be arranged.
